A.P.S. Metal Industries is currently working towards acheiving ISO 9001:2000 certification to further expand our business line and ensure our clients that our quality standards are up-to-date with the latest requirements of the industry. This certification should be completed by July 2009.

A.P.S. Metal Industries participating as well as sponsoring the Durham Children's Aid Foundation Charity Golf Classic, "Fore the Future" taking place on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at Wooden Sticks Gold Club in Uxbridge. We are sponsoring the Closest to the Pin contest.

We have just been approved and registered for CGD (Controlled Goods Directorate). The CGD is a domestic industrial security program.
Controlled goods, as listed in the schedule to the DPA, are those military, strategic and military-related goods and technology, as well as dual-use goods and technology. Items such as military vehicles, certain firearms and related ammunition, military aircraft, military electronics, missiles, satellites and most related components are generally considered to be controlled goods.
